new valve dose not spray power to terminals switch them still nada.

Check for fuel Pressure?

HOW MUCH?

How did I check it .

take the hose loose and????

fuel pressure shoule be ~30psi.

You can see that pressure by t-ing into the line to the cold start valve, or by disconnecting the line to the cold start valve and connecting it to a pressure gauge instead. Pressure should be 30psi everywhere except for the return line off the back of the kf.
