Hi,

For my 02 rally car I've removed the heater core and simply plugged the outlet from the pump and the connection to the back of the head, it appears to be fine but on reflection I was wondering if it may of been better to connect the pump outlet directly to the head connection perhaps with a restricter in the line. Opinions?

When i bought my 02' 13 years ago the heater core was bypassed - the PO just ran a hose from the back of the block (below dizzy) to the inlet manifold. It ran fine never overheated, just the heater didnt work. Beaner7102
