E23 seats in a 02 ???

Parting this 84 745i and it has great Burgundy, heated, full power seats. My car is Burgundy. Hmmmmm

E23's have some heavy seats... Do the power headrests still work on yours? The biggest problem with them in my opinion was where the controls were placed on the E23. I'd occasionally lean on them (or the dog would step on the center console while riding in the car) and then suddenly the seat would start to move while I was driving.

The real trick would be getting the power rear seats in!
