Here are a few pics of the 020202 BayArea02 group gathering today. 36 02s showed and we drove from Half Moon Bay on the CA coast, up into the mountains and back down to the coast. Great day.

Yes, it was a great turn out. Wonderful roads, although the stop at the Pink Flamingos was rather odd. On Highway One, a lady in a Toyota 4Runner flashed her highbeams (her lights!) and waved at us enthusiastically. Many thanks to the BA02 organizers for a nice day of driving.

Saw a red Renault R5 Turbo II on the way home!

It was a good drive. The pace was nice. There were a few places to "open it up" especially a right hand sweeper on the last stretch home. One of the Tii guys thought my car was fast. I agree. Not bad for a 32/36-R
