Can’t change Cookie settings on mobile.

Sometime in the last few weeks I have found that I can’t get through the cookie acceptance popup to change the settings. I click on the, change cookie settings, link and the allow cookies popup covers the choices. I, REALLY, liked the previous cookie choice popup.
