13" Grant steering wheel with 2002 hub. The stitching and cover are in good shape. There are splits where the vinyl wraps around the spokes (shown), doesn't affect the feel and cannot be easily seen when mounted. $125 shipped in the continental US.

I managed to find the horn contact, so that should work fine, (my autocross car has no horn, so couldn't actually test it)

As for the cancel tab, your car should have this piece that does it.

That is the stock turn signal cancelling tab that is a seperate piece from the hub, it gets sandwiched between the hub and spring around the steering shaft.
