WTB- M20 Conversion bits

Over the past 3 years, I've slowly overcome the rust cancer in my '02 and now that it's capable, I'd like to swap in an m20. I'm looking for something comfortable at highway speeds that has some 

 

I'd be interested in any lightly used parts for a reasonable price listed below:

 

Big items:

- Ground Control Coilover setup front and rear

- 13 inch Wilwood front brake kit

- Catuned or 2002underground rear that can hold a 3.73 e30 diff

 

Other bits for the swap:

- Dinan e30 chip

- Kamotors cold air intake
