funny thing just happened

so we just moved back to the bay area from socal. instead of juggling escrows, however, we decided to just rent for a couple months while we look for something to buy. we hooked up with a nice place up in the berkeley hills, and had a friend take a look since we were still down south trying to pack. anyway, we arrived last night and started unpacking the truck.

today, I was in the back yard. there is an attached garage that we can't use because the owner uses it for storage. so I'm moving some stuff around, and I peer into the garage window. what should catch my eye but a bmw bottlecap wheel. I look closer and "holy shit!", there is a chamonix 2002 in there!

its covered, and all I can see is the passenger door and front wing. it has the lower trim. can't really guess at anything else. I'm not sure if ill have any contact with the owner of the house, unfortunately.
