WANTED: 1974 and older 2002 in CA

Hello all.  Looking for a smog exempt 02 in the 5k and below range that i can restore. 

Doesn't necessarily have to be running although more ideal

Rust is the main concern. id prefer a rust free car obviously but lets see what you got!

Just an fyi 75 is smog exempt too ??

I have a 74 tii complete car (with fuel injection).  It is not rust free, but is restorable.  It was always my plan to restore, but no time in my life right now.  Was going to post in the next week or part it out, so good timing.  Pics attached.  If you are interested, I can take more pictures.  The interior is complete, but does need to be restored as well.

 

Here are the catches:

I live in Texas, so car would need to be transported

I don't have the title, so the car would need to be bonded (at least that is the process is Texas)

The car has rust.  The car has good bones, but typical floor pan issues as well as some other areas, but seems good where it counts.

 

Here is the good news:

I got the car for cheap in an estate sale, so I think despite the extra distance and bonding title, we could work something out to fall under your budget for a tii.

Chance to have a complete numbers matching tii.
