The stock lines are metric, I can't remember the diameter off hand. It's easiest to buy stock pre-flared straight lines and bend them to your application. This will work fine if you haven't moved around the master cylinder, or what have you. There are TII and non-TII versions of some of the lines.

If you insist on building them from scratch, you will need to get a 'metric bubble flare' tool. These are a bit more complicated than the standard single (fuel line type) or double (SAE brake line type) flaring tools, though I've seen them from some specialty houses for around $50.
