wayyy Off topic My Outlook .pst is too big (2+gigs)

I really need it back somehow. It has all my Contact emails. Sent emails etc etc.

Anyone know how to shrink it or edit it?

this happened to my boss a few weeks ago. There are a couple bulletins (if the link doesnt work just search for the 6-digit bulletin number):

File > New > Outlook Data File...

Create a new file called (for example) "Archive". Now just move less important messages from the main file into the secondary one - you can always go back and retrieve them later.

If you have OfficeXP and a fast internet connection, Service Pack 1 may fix the size limit problem aswell.
