crunchy front noise?

I drove my '02 for the first time in two months today (yep, it was exciting!) after replacing the front end & brakes. After having the thing up in the air in my parking spot for that long, I'm sure my neighbors are happy to see it on all fours again.

There's only one, hopefully small, problem though... When I turn the wheel all the way to the right at low speeds (parking, reversing, etc.) there's a loud crunching/grinding noise coming from the front right corner. Could I have mucked something up with tightening down the wheel bearings when I replaced the front discs?
