would this cause any problems on a stock suspension?

how about on a lowered suspension (1.25")?

195/60x14 will give you 23.2, and the 195/65x14 has a dia. of 24.0 (all values approx., and may vary slightly from mfg. to mfg.)

circumference. Fit fine on my lowered '76.

The E30s came with 195/60 and 195/65 for a while.

195/65-14 are very likely to rub or catch on front valence, especially when backing up. Use 195/60-14.

A seller is offering bottlecaps with 195/65 tires. I won't have the

opportunity to try it out before I buy. I know that 195/60 is a

better choice but are the 195/65 tires entirely useless in my 02?

If yes, I may just skip the deal altogether.

thanks.

the wheels alone, pass. You probably won't be happy with the tires, and it'll cost you to ship and/or dismount them.
