Door Panel replacement board//

I saw them once but i cannot remember where i had seen the replacement door cards replacement boards, if anyone can send me a link.

 

also My euro turn signals are very worn and I like the looks of the Italian ones, is this something that is reasonable or can I change the metal light housing and just run the faded plastic glass part
