Guest Anonymous October 18, 2003 PO of my '72 installed an oil pressure gauge. It has'nt worked since I've owned the car. Im trying to fix it and have traced the oil tube thru the firewall, but the end of the tube is not connected to anything. Where should the sending unit be ? Where should this tube be connected ? Guest Anonymous October 19, 2003 boss on the oil filter housing for an oil temp gauge sender. If you can find one, use a T fitting for the oil pressure tubing so that you can retain the warning light. The light will catch your eye faster than a dropping gauge. Just good insurance. cheers Mike
