Fiberglass 02 doors?

Anyone know of anyone making fiberglass doors for 02's (would be a racing application. Korman sells some sort of "door skin" which I really don't know what that is (exactly). I haven't heard anything good about anything they sell (especially fiberglass bits).

just the outer "skin" of the door, not the reinforcing or inner panel. You'd have to attach it by bonding or rivits etc.

Thanks, though not appropriate for my application, and could spend the money in better places (you can get a nice race weight hood and deck lid from Ireland for $225/ea).

Maybe it could be done with satisfactory results, but the purpose of these skins is for use on doorless race cars.

i'd think with no inner support that they'd flop around pretty badly

They are flimsy, but are not doors anymore. Just coverings for that area of the car. Have you seen someone get into a Nascar racecar?

They are attached to the roll cage or body in a way that they can be removed easily if needed.
