Can I use Toyota 22r Pistons?

I heard on the list once that you could use 22r toyota pistons. Is there an advantage to this. Is it good low c.r. for turbo or is it higher comp that needs fl-cut. How does this work.

just buy some mahles or JE's... pistons arn't the place to skimp. I've heard that the 22r's will fit but no one has done it so I wouldn't try it unless you had a set laying around. Not really worth the money saved though. Party On.
