weird blipp

I was travelling home after a day of cruisin the 02 around boston when the i felt the car shudder a bit and I saw the tach drop down to nothing and then shoot back up like nothing ever happened.

this happened once on the highway on the way to limerock a few weeks back, but it's nothing i can purposefully repeat.

any thoughts? my first thought was that its an electrical something or another. not really sure though. the car is a 73tii that is pretty stock. regular points and stuff...

I would say, check your coil connections at coil and distributor. And also replace your fuel pump fuse and clean the fuse contacts in the fuse box.

U might look at the fuel pump wiring connection at the pump if the problem persists.

Above are all guesses of course! ;-)
