Coilover spring rates

I am looking at fitting rear coil overs soon and I currently thinking about suitable rates.

I have coilovers on the front with 300lb and I am thinking about 225lb for the rear. Any suggestion on what others are use?

It is for Supersprints which is basically 3-6 lap timed sessions.

Thanks

(i knew you'd look)

you may have to try out a few before finding one that's right ie: like delia : )... but she's already taken.

you can get the spring rate off your stock springs at any good spring shop and decide how much percentage stiffer you want to start out hunting, and then fine tune them up or down depending on track/road/comfort conditions. You may end up with several sets of springs, but you may also need several sets for different tracks etc, or you can re-sell them to others who are searching for their own "sweet spot".

good luck with it man,

b
