These were in my car when I did the restoration, however I just installed Recaros.

They come with seat tracks and mounting brackets and do position the driver on center with the steering wheel. The brackets use the existing 02 mounting holes.

The drivers seat has a 1/4" tear in the upright

I have sat in these seats and they were firm and supportive from what I recall.

Do they have a brand? May be interested.

My 2002 was manufactured on September 15th, 1971 and delivered on October 22nd, 1971 to the BMW importer Hoffman Motors Corp. in New York City. The original colour was Granada, paint code 023. It was sold on New Years Eve December 31st 1971.
