Unexpected series of event keep coming up on this project. The subframe has been installed and ready to go. However, the engine leaked coolant from the rear freeze plug (tranny end) and had to be pulled. A new freeze plug was re-installed, but series of oil leaks were discovered along the gasket seams, including the oil pan, lower and upper timing chain cover as well as the head, valve cover and carburetor.

Sometimes I ponder and thought to myself "what the hell did I get myself into?", yet my determination pushes forward to get this thing running again. But, making and finding time to clearly focus in completing a smallest task is a bit of challenge when you have another #1 responsibility and priority, which is FAMILY. However, I push on... and smile with gratification with each little task that I complete, even just to scrape the crud off the engine block.

Well the subframe has been installed. Prior, the engine sprung a leak on the block freeze plug, tranny side. Had to remove and installed new freeze plug. The leak came from a pin hole on the freeze.
