The Car That Gives and Gives and Gives

Shortly after i bought my 74 2002 a little over a year ago, i was parking it in Santa Monica, CA. Guy walks up to me gives the thumbs up and says i'm sure that car makes a lot of people happy everyday. I had no idea what he was talking about. Well, a year later and I really do get it. 2002's i believe bring more smiles to the faces of more people than any car ever made.

Funny they do. I was heading up the 101 North this past Monday (just before Whipple Road, Redwood City), in my daily (MBZ 16v) and I spot this silver 74 tii - I was stopped a car or two in back and in the lane over. The car had Euro bumpers, very clean, cibie oscars on the front bump - had to roll my window down to hear the note that tii motor pumps out - sounded great. Followed along just back for about half a mile, I don't see them out on the road all that often, great to see when you do.
