anyone remember this guy? anyone still keep in touch with him?

I ordered a spoiler from him in Sept 2001, and was told it had been shipped to my residents on Dec 12 2001, which was very late. It didn't come, so i talked to the company that actually made the spoiler and the only record they have is of them making 1 spoiler for him which he got July 14 2001. So, i now know that he never even ordered any spoilers! All i get from him is excuses, and for the past 2 months i haven't got any replies at all. I paid $125 US and am not sure if ima get it back... Thoughts? I'll contact some of you personally.
