part number is 07-12-9-925-804. .30Cents each..your dealer should be able to get it for you.

Another option...Harbor Freight riv nut kit costs about $15. Enough pieces to do many mirrors and more come in the kit. You only need to buy some machine screws with the correct shaped head and correct length to secure them.
