I talked to him last week. Talked for a long time.. He's in Savannah, GA area. Tybee Island actually.

Cool guy. He posted a bit prematurely and is probably regrouping..

Whoever bought this car also scored the as of yet rumored boxes of alpina parts and a NOS schnitzer head. Just so you all know.

The car was an unfinished race project by from an estate that sat in storage.

Unless the guy was jivin' me, who ever bought the stash dropped 14K for the car and boxes of parts. Must have been an impressive stash... Word is that the lot was from an estate and the guy had been collecting parts for his ultimate 2002.
