^ Tii engine is still available.

For sale is a complete Tii engine from a ‘74. The engine ran when pulled. Crank spins over and cylinders have compression. Mileage and running condition unknown and I would suggest a complete rebuild before using it in your car. $1,400 + s/h. I will be parting the entire engine out, including the injection parts if it doesn’t sell soon.

228 mm flywheel found on Tii. Some surface rust that should clean up okay, no excessive wear noticed but it hasn’t been check professionally. $100 +s/h.

I’m in the photo as well and I remember the guy using that camera, he wound it up like a clock and it moved across the shot mechanically…pretty cool. He had it mounted on top of a ladder too. Today you could use an iPhone to get that shot and it would probably be better!

I was at the event at the Zentrum in South Carolina on 02-02-02, I had my ‘75 at the time and drove down from Massachusetts. Big turnout, probably the most 02’s in one spot since they left the factory in Germany!
