    i second the brake clean i use it all the time to take off overspray, yellow marks from poles off my girfriends car because she is a terrible driver ha ha it works great just spray on a cloth or towel and rub it away.

    you were right came right off, i have never had a steering wheel come off so easy. I was nervous when i didnt see any threaded holes like on most steering wheels to screw the puller on to pry the wheel off its nice this way.     so should i not get one from blunttech and just go straight to bmw for it?

    ya the center pad does not come off its all one so just the nut behind the symbol. Also ya i have noticed other 02s my year with a different cluster im starting to realise my car has Alot of different year stuff on it

    This is still on my 70 bmw its in good condition $75 plus ship obo, Side note question how hard are they to get off?

    so it was raining so hard on the way home my windshield was leaking from the top so time to fix. I am going to buy a seal from blunt and wedge strip not sure what its called if he sells that and going to do the headliner while im at it anyone have any special tips. Do i use a window sealant or does the rubber seal it in, how hard is it to get the old glass out without breaking it?

    i was talking about the knob on the front of the seat that makes the seat slide i have four tracks two per seat. I thought the spring loaded levers were one peice with the tracks i have not unbolted them off the seat yet?

    i have a pair dont know if they are exaclty perfect but not bad does not look like any rust just needs cleaned up a bit both have the black knobs and slide just fine dont know if they are different for the years but they were bolted in a 70 just let me know what they are worth to you and ill get them sent out

    so im 99 percent sure i figured it out i pressed the pedal and when i let off the front was still locked. So i undid the line from the master and still locked so when i cracked the line on the calipers they released. I then tried compressed air threw the line and nothing so took the rubber lines off and i could blow threw the hard line side just fine and tried throw the rubber lines and nothin so i have the rubber lines on order should be here in the morning.

    on my way home today i noticed my car started pulling to the right and felt like something dragging. I got home looked and my front passenger side was smoking coming from caliper. I jacked the front end up and found both sides feel like they are dragging didnt check the back yet. Both calipers and both rear brake cylinders are only a couple months old anyone have any ideas maybe master sticking or linkeage problem everything feels normal on the pedal side?
