    Hello thanks every one for the info, One last question though, I don't want to start taking the big bumpers off till I am sure of the replacement ones being able to be mounted. The bumpers I have to install are from a 73 tii , the front bumper has the frame mount that is shaped like irregular triangle with an arm on it about 10" long with 2 bolts that would go thru the side of the box frame rails , but I don't see any holes in the frame rails for the bolts to go thru. The bumper in the rear uses the standard mount which the car has provisions for . The back bumper has the rubber trim all the way around and is the long type. Any help on what to do for front bumper mounting ? Is there a different bracket? Also these are 73 US bumpers that mounted slightly away from the body. I want to save the big bumpers and parts in case someone here might need a set, they are in excellent condition and all the rubber pieces are good. Any ideas ? Thanks Bernie

    Hello , sorry for the probably redundant thread. What is the way the big bumpers come off. I have a set of the Euro bumpers and brackets. Will those spring loaded mounts blow out when various bolts are loosened . Don't want to get maimed before I get to drive my new ride. The help would be great, and is there any special tools needed.     Hello Delia, any chance you would want to sell one of those front air dams ? I can't tell but do they have a rib that sort of resembles a bumper? Thanks Bernie in Fl.

    Hello , another Newbie question, who is the maker of the front air dam that has the bumper molded in. I like the look of no bumper, but not just the lower air dam with driving light holes. Any advice would be helpful. Also can the big extendo bumpers be replaced with the Euro bumpers, is there modifications needed. I have just added another car to bring it to 3 , 1 cabriolet, 1 turbo and now a 76 factory air with those big bumpers, thanks Bernie

    Hello new to the forum, this has probably been asked before, sorry. The 4 cyl. M3 engine and trans , will it fit without a cutting torch? second ? could the m3 engine be fittedwith Weber carbs to avoid all the wiring and electrical sensors , computer etc. Also , how much HP does the stock 4 cyl M3 make. This for my 70 02, thanks Bernie
