I know it vents outside the car but where does it exit the car? Also,is it a plastic or metal line and how is it secured into the fuel filler neck? Thanks

I think I need to go a bit higher than the old 2- dot spacer currently on one side of the car.Looks like the P.O.must have needed to move the car and in his rush left one spacer out.

The McCartney book states that a 2 dot rubber spacer is 15 mm,3 dot is 20 mm etc. but the smallest my BMW dealer lists is 28 mm.I currently am missing a 2 dot on my project.Which one do I need?

My car has 40 mm Weber sidedrafts and minimal linkage at the carbs(mounting plate and short bicycle cable).I don't have the linkage from the firewall side of the pedal box upward(unless It's in a bin I haven't found). 02's are rare animals in OhioThanks

I planned to assemble my struts yesterday but the proper washers and spacers were missing.I called Rob at 2002 Haus and he promptly returned my call and offered to look for the parts I need.Mind you, this probably $3.00 worth of parts but he was most courteous and helpful, as was the nice lady who answered the telephone.

I purchased these to replace the too-tall springs on the front of my 71.My neighbor is mounting them for me but he says they are too short and will flop around.I realize that I'll need to safety wire the top of the spring to the "hat".I have Konis and stock struts.Any ideas? Thanks

The car was 80% built by T.C. Kline in the early 1980's as a street/track car then purchased by a mutual friend and never finished.I don't have any extra struts, bearings etc.to compare these to. so it's difficult to determine if mine are stock or tii struts.

I thought all those bodies became A-Gas dragsters in the 1960's!
