Then we will take some more curving roads over to our lunch stop at Camp Verde

    Camp Verde General Store

opened in 1857 to serve the soldiers of the camp, which were all camel mounted. Jefferson Davis imported all of the camels from Egypt. No one knew the other animals would panic at the smell of the camels, hence their demise at Camp Verde.

After lunch we will stop at two smaller wineries close by

We will then travel back to the hotel to freshen up for dinner. Dinner will be first come first seated at the famous Grist Mill Steakhouse (sorry thy do not take rsvp’s). After dinner you may want to go next door to the oldest dance hall in Texas Gruene Hall. www.gristmill.com and www.gruenehall.com .

Please Note: This gathering is not sponsored by BMW or any chapter thereof and is not otherwise affiliated. All participants do so on their own and are therefore responsible for any insurances.

  2. my memory is that its the bolts that hold the seal cap to the rear of the tranny. I believe its the bolt in the 1 oclock position has to be slightly shorter that the rest. If you mix them up , a longer bolt there keeps you from shifting into 5th. It is only a couple of threads shorter

  3. There are two wire clamps that go under the valve cover nuts along the top of the cover that hold the wire to the tempt sensor. I think the part number is 61131359345 but they are NLA. Would some one post a close up photo of one of these so I can try to make a couple of them?

    Thanks

  4. Anybody got a part number for a fuel injection type hose clamp to be used for the 12mm x19 mm vacuum hose from intake to brake booster on a 74 Tii? It is also called a NORMA clamp. I am using worm gear clamps now except for one orginal type and there is no part number on it or on Real OEM or MAX.

    Thanks
