Anyone used or seen an OBX ITB.
Can't find much info on them
I also need an airbox for them.
Any ideas?
-
Any progress on this?

I 'm the lucky guy that has these and I am going to put them on a performance street car.
Any suggestion on what shocks to use in the rear to complement these in the front?
Skip told me maybe bilstein hd or sport or koni or some performance sachs.
What do you suggest?
Thanks
Tim

Thanks Marshall!

vdo Vision is the best match I could find.
the needles are red instead of white but numbers are white
look at them at egauges.com

Anybody ever use tire balancing beads in a maintenance dose for an 02?
They recommend 3 oz for a 15 inch wheel.

I don't think it is a stock sender. Looks like the dual pole Vdo sender.
One pole connects to the dash idiot light. The other connects to a oil pressure gauge

Don just got power
but no internet yet
at least he can cooloff and have ice for his Titos!

I second Nostalgic Air,
i bought most everything from them
except i bought a 706 sanden comp off ebay
if you go with r134a make sure you get the right hose or it will slowly leak out. The correct hose is very very stiff.

i just bought one from egauges.com

Whats the deal?
I thought you were watching football in the rain.
Don is camping out again tonight.
It could be up to a week before Don gets power back.
Hopefully alot sooner, but there are 600,000 in LA without power.
Both my kids in Baton Rouge got their power back on today.

I did it a few years ago.
I used a razor blade and cut the seam open between the white and black on the end where the bracket is. I pulled the frame out , cleaned it up and covered it with a foam sheet. put it back in and then glued the seam together.
worked pretty good

I went with a 709. A little more output. Works fine. I went with R134a.
I recommend changing the expansion valve.

I use POR-15 black
-
I bought one recently from Bliunt
I bought the liner and then an extra yard for the sunroof panel
-
I tested mine with air pressure on it in a bucket of water to make sure there were no leaks. Then i would suggest flushing it with ac flush and installing a new expansion valve.

I am driving with one and its great . Went from Louisiana to North Carlonia and back a couple years ago with it.
I bought the 3.91 off ebay. Then I took it to my buddy Skip in Arkansas. You know Budweiser its not just for breakfast guy.
He had some guy convert it to 3.64 for, get this, $100
Skip had a old diff with 3.64 that they robbed the gears from. Hard to beat $100.

I think the petcock from mfg supply will work. I checked the threads on my drain plug and they are 14mm X 1.5 so the threads should fit.
I ordered one but they are back ordered. I should get it in a few weeks

I had similar problems with installation.
I bought Kmac Stage 2 from Bav Auto.
There installation instructions were no help on an 02.
My new Bilsteins had different threads on them than my old Bilsteins, so the Kmac nuts did not fit. I received a new set of washers and nuts from Austrailia, but it took a while for a responce and shipment.
They did finally get it right.

The mother of a great 02er and my best friend, passed away late last month.
I was able to go to Austin for the services so Jan and I drove down yesterday. Services were this morning in downtown Austin and were memorable.
They even sang When The Saints Go Marching In at the conclusion.
Skip and Lisa are doing fine.
Your thoughts and prayers for Skip and Lisa and the rest of his family would be appreciated.
