It's just as thin as the original. I opted to use contact cement on it and the mounting surface to get a more secure fit.
-Tape around the plastic door trim parts so as not to get any contact cement on the door panel.
-Remove the tape once the contact cement is dry to touch
-apply the mylar, start from the center and then work your way out to the edges. Only the surfaces coated with contact cement stick to each other.
-Cut the mylar to shape using a utility knife & a metal ruler
**** Hold the the blade at an angle and cut against the hard plastic trim and not the door panel vinyl!

You megasquirters aren't achieving 500psi into the combustion chamber and many of you don't have sequential injection. What they achieved wtih that mechanical setup is pretty advanced. You do have much more flexability to account for mods though.

check out the snorkel snout on that electric 02!

cause I meant the other stud (w/o the nut), not the one with coolant on it. I suspected coolant neck was somehow at fault.
Glad your motor's getting put back together.

have any of them been rebuilt? vac retard or advance? mechanical.
My vac advance would stick and cause problems. I had the unit rebuilt, at philbin electric group in portland, it idles soooo much better now and nolonger goes out of whack.

I would add either NADA or Sports Car Market magazine car value guides (whichever is higher at the time), good pictures of your car and a list of maintenance to the car.
When my tii was totaled a few years back I was able to bump the initial offer price of $7500 up to over 11K (the NADA high book value at the time). I think the photo, I included with my valuation packet, of my bent steering wheel helped secure the higher value.

you should be running a mechanical advance dizzy no matter what carb setup you have.

I had additional pictures sent to me. I had hopes that seat base might in some way be similar. They look entirely different than the typical recaro base.

How similar are these sports bug seats to those?

run better if you don't hook up the vacumn line. Do plug engine side though. -J

At first glance it looks like a shadow

that had been brought to the midwest and never driven in the snow (or submerged under water).

Isn't the stud, with the coolant on it, also holding the coolant neck to the head?

I'm reasambling my center console.
Anyone have a picture of the angle bracket that attaches to the upper right side of the console. I can't remember what it looks like. Its gotta be somewhere in my garage.
The illustrations at realoem didn't help. Thanks, -Jason
