on my 72. You could use something similar to fill the holes on the front. Paint the plugs body color. If it doesn't look cleaner than having the refelctors you can always switch back.

Perhaps you can find someone to restamp/engrave it in the appropriate font.

If they don't convert after their first drive/ride then they likely never will. At some point you may have to reevaluate the friendship/relationship. Fortunately for you there are 02 clubs throughout the world at which you can make many new friends.

The POR-15 only needs to be top coated when exposed to direct sunlight. Yours won't be because you're are top coating with Wurth. Is this the same underbody coating as Wurth SKS? SKS is a great tough coating and fun to spray.

It's just not the same as the 02. It’s heavier with no more power than a tii, less visability and it has a really heavy flywheel that keeps the power from getting to the ground. Also, having owned one, I just had a lot more confidence in the dependability my 02s then in that M42.
A properly maintained 02 is a great daily driver.

Have you tried flooring the gas pedal before starting the car to engage the choke mechanism? After the car has warmed up and it is idling too high (because the choke is engaged) press the gas pedal to turn the choke off.

Once the curve of dizzy is out of sync with the tii's fuel pump curve your car will run like crap.
Everytime after swapping your plugs, changing the gap of your plugs or adjusting your valves you're going to need to reset the timing. You probably know all of this. You just didn't mention anything about the timing in your original post.
