7.5 out of 10, condition. black perforated. i small tear at the right side of the seat and a smaller tear at the top of the seat, by the headrest. i will be using the existing rails, but i do have stock 320 rails that came with it.

located in bay area. i will bring to brisbane or sell before, $80
