Can the "next thread" button be added to the page

Steve,

Would it possible to add the next thread to the bottom of the page? As I read the threads I typically don't use this feature because I have to scroll all the way back to the top of the page to get to it. I typically read the thread from the first post on listed with the oldest first so they are in a typical order.
