Forum post order

I am not sure why , but its like this forum doesn't work like the others....

WHy does the most recent post not show up at the top of the list ??????

what is the reason for this ?

the threads/topics get lost and unreplied to , and the discussion is lost because no one can find the thread......

whats wrong with a new post bumping a topic to the top ????

I am sure it has been asked before , but why does this forum work like that ?

actually it is there, you just need to enable it in your profile. Take a look there to find some options that are not available on some other forums
