bushing replacements

I'm about to replace some bushings, starting with the rear, as they are in the worst shape

any hints/tips before I start?

Mine are frozen in the arms, so I'll have to torch them out, I think the best way is unhook everything and remove the arms from the car, to torch out

there any FAQ on doing it? I checked the faq section, didnt see much on suspension
