Bottom end rebuild..What seals and gaskets to buy?

I bought a bottom end for a motor rebuild. The bottom end looks good and I am ready to put it back together. What gaskets and seals should I replace? And who has the best prices?

I would buy a new rear main seal, oil pan gasket, oil pump gaskets, and crank and rod bearings. Thats all i can think of im sure others have some to add.
