I am sure many have moved the battery to the trunk. I di so in my 1600 and '70 2002 and it worked fine. having seen the level of cool and custom remote battery mounts i would love to get as many pictures and written help as possible. my biggest concern now is routing the cable. in the past i used loops to secure it to the body rail. one thought as i will be replacing all the floor metal is to weld a conduit along the frame rail to run the cable through? my biggest concern is damage to the cable from road rocks etc. all thoughts are welcome.
