Recaro LS Seats, Gray cloth.  Driver seat has wear in center section. Passenger seat looks new. 

I bought these on 2002faq a half year ago.  I never installed them because I sold the car. You can buy matching

material for center section here:  Upholstery "Black Monza" | Centerline International (centerlinealfa.com)
