Hella Wiper Relay Schematic '74 Std

What are the power transistors on a Hella Wiper Relay (12V 5WB 002690-08), component '50' on a owners manual wiring diagram. One transistor looks like NPN and one PNP?  The transistor part number don't match-up well at alltransistors.com  Does anyone have a schematic to the Hella?

UPDATE:  I repaired the Hella 12V 5WB relay with a soldering iron and two new power transistors, here's what I did. The existing transistors are 50 years old, the part numbers don't appear in any catalogue but the design properties are roughly these:

 

Transistor #1  T17 F 401  Polarity NPN  Base dissipation 200mW  Collector/Emitter Voltage 2/30V  Beta = 25

Transistor #2  FT28 335  Polarity PNP   Base dissipation 1000mW  Collector/Emitter Voltage 150/4 Beta = 20

 

I replaced the FT28 335 with a BC640 PNP:  Base dissipation 1000mW   Collector current 1000mA  Beta = 25

 

Relay works now, 2-speed wipers, washer works with minimal investment:  40 cent Transistor. Much better than the $200 from eBay scalpers for a used Hella wiper relay.
