Error message when using the back button

This happens to me every once in a while. Thought my problems would be over after buying a new laptop and running Google Chrome...

Edited several times trying to add an attachment. Had to save the Word file as the older version.. FAQ cannot accept .docx files.

Happened again. Not performing any searches - only hitting the back arrow to go back to the index.
