1972 2002 Many Upgrades

I'm selling my 1972 BMW 2002 for $2700. This car is a blast to drive and has treated me well over the last 10 years, but it's finally time to move onto something with more cargo room and air conditioning. This car is a great daily driver and has a clean title. I have receipts for everything listed below.

It has many upgrades including:

320i 5 speed transmission w/ 2002 Haus bolt-on adapter

3.64:1 Limited slip differential (With the 5 speed, the engine spins at 3K rpm at 65 mph)

2.25" Free flow exhaust with Sebring muffler

Weber 38 DGES

9.5:1 high compression pistons

Ireland Engineering front big brake upgrade (4 piston caliper, vented rotor)

Front and rear strut braces

MSD 6A electronic ignition with Pertronix and Blaster Coil

Electric radiator fan

Optima battery

Eibach Lowering Springs (0.5")

It also has:

Cloth Integra front seats (much more confortable than stock)

Alpine stereo with Infinity speakers

Grant wooden steering wheel

I have regularly kept up on routine maintenance and have made the following recent repairs:

Last Month:

Tie rods, ball joints, center link, and front shocks

Two new Falken tires

Front end alignment

Last 6 Months

New voltage regulator

Last Year:

Water pump

New carburator

Last two years:

New head- built by Casey Motorsports in Petaluma, Ca

Rear wheel cylinder (drivers side)

And now the bad news:

The body has rust in some of the normal places (rocker panels, door panels, spare tire well, surface rust) but NO rust on the shock towers.

The differential has developed a whine.

The weather stripping is old and leaks during heavy rain, but I made sure that water never accumulated.

I can send more detailed pictures of any part of the car if you need them. Leave a reply on this thread or call me at (805) eight7eight-01ninenine

Thanks for looking!
