1972 BMW 2002

We bought the car turn into a racecar, but as business is picking up we do not have time to mess with it. We have 3 other 2002 already, so this one has to go.

The previous owner did all the rust repair and modifications. They replaced all the floor pans, and spare wheel storage. We bought the car because it was rust free. The car was stripped of all its moldings, and painted red. It is not the best of jobs, but it gets the job done. The interior was swapped for some aftermarket seats that I guess was re-stitched to color match the car. It has a short shifter, that is very short. The car as a whole is in very good condition. Right now it needs a distributor (blew last week) to get it running again, which we probably be replaced before the sale. The car ran perfect with no problems. Engine is mainly stock, and we also have cover for carb.

Do not history of the engine itself, checked everything over when we bought. One of the first BMWs that did not leave a drop of something. What you see in the photos is what you get. The previous owner removed all molding and also the holes for them. It did not bother us none as we were going to prep it for racing. Body is in great shape.
