    Cheers Mark, I heard that Qvick had bought up all the turbo pistons, they had no stock. I found a guy in Norway who had a spare set he offerd to me if I replaced. We need pistons for 90mm bore and his are 89.25mm he released the piston design with JE pistons and they are looking to make me a set up.... On another note as its dry sump we need a new oil pick up. Any ideas anyone?

    Thanks both. I've sent an enquiry to both CP and Wahl. Thnaks also Mark for the offer of sending a piston. I fully appreciate the generosity. I wonder if I could arramge fior 3D scanning of the piston which woudl eliminate the need for you to risk sending it all the way over here if I don't get a result from Wahl or CP? I have two friends who have direct contact with Vink some others and they are trying for me too.... fingers crosssed...

    Thanks, issue is I was sold a 2ltr engine only to find the bottom end was 1600 with pistons and conrods from a newer bmw and not at all original. Do you know where I can get my hands on original Schnitzer piston design? Have a few other avenues I'm exploring

    Looking to source pistons for M10 schnitzer. My engine builder has contacted a company in Melbourne but not getting any replies He is asking for confirmation of the following dims for the pistons Compression Height Piston Volume Valve Angles Valve centres Wrist pin diameter If theres any otrher source out there woudl be glad to hear John

    Tarmac rally car. Hoping to get built by September. Spec so far Schnitzer M10 2.0 with Kugelfisher and custom fabricated carb 235/5 gearbox E9 4.7 diff with Drexler LSD and oil cooler Bilstein coilovers Quick ratio LHD steering box ( still to source)

    Initial stage just dip. Its at Custom cages getting seam welded and prepped for a cage. Then off to get arch prep, diff mounts and any reapiars. Then back to be redipped and E- coated before final install of weld in cage. E-Coat Process | Enviro Strip WWW.ENVIROSTRIPGBLTD.COM

    Cheers Mark, Engine is up in Yorkshie and I have the car booked in for exhaust build in July. I was looking for a lazy solution. Will be back up there in a few weeks and will take templates then. Hoping to get it all complete for a historic rally tour in Ireland in September.

    Anyone got any ideas whey I can find exhaust and intake gaskets for M10 Schnitzer. Failing that any drawings available anywhere Any help greatly appreciated John
