1972 BMW 2002 tii, very solid and very straight, runs great, numbers matching, sunroof, Behr AC (non-op), records and receipts since 1976, ready to drive anywhere. Recent work includes the following: - rebuilt starter and alternator - new tires - new brakes throughout (master cylinder, slave cylinder, rebuilt calipers, new hoses, cylinders, pads, shoes, rotors, drums) - new center driveshaft bearing - new front wheel bearings - new ball joints - new water pump and coolant hoses - new clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder - new battery - new Nardi steering wheel - rebuilt radiator - new Coco mats - much more The only area of rust on the car is below the front bumper where a family of mice made a home between the radiator and front sheet metal. Local sale is preferred. I am not interested in any trades. Clean and clear title in my name. Please PM me if you have any questions or would like to see the vehicle. -

Ken: I realize I am a little late joining this string, but it sounds like you found my old BMW CCA race car. As I recall, the original color was Riviera blue. The car was painted white before I purchased it in 1995. And yes, I was the one that added that strange roll cage. I would love to see some pics of it now and would be more than happy to answer any questions about it. Tim C tclark@portla.org
