  1. Wow, did not expect such words !! I hope you all get your ordered Lines and are satisfied. If there are any questions how to align the lines please contact me or Dieter - normally no Problem if you have ever seen the old original lines... Thanks a lot to all of you for the Order, Dieter for managing, Rob, Bill and all others who took special measurements or helped Dieter and Rob to send out the lines. Best from Germany, Thomas
  2. Hello to all, want to inform you that we finished all Injection Line Sets today - Complete ! Dieter will inform you about all further Details. Thanks, Thomas
  3. Good Morning, I've checked the clearance between the lever and the line #4 if distance between pump an injector is increased to 405mm. It could match, but clearance is only about 2mm.... ... so I will make a further mold and increase the lenght of line 4 a bit ! This will solve a possible but only contingent problem. Fitted on Models with e.g. 402mm Distance will cause the lines 4+3 to come a bit lower as in the fotos - about 2-3mm. Looks well also. Thomas
  4. Hi Bill, nice and exact measured, thanks a lot for the perfect photos. it seems there are several tolerances, which cause in addtition the 405mm distance others measured. could make the line a bit longer, but at 402mm the lines run exactly parallel to each others and to the manifold's flange, and the #3 line has about 5mm space to the swivel nut at #2 injector. would be perfect.... I will check tomorrow how many mm Space to the coupling is lost when the distance between both nipples is 405mm. perhaps it is still enough with the lines now. Thomas
  5. Hi Mosman58, The first batch is already full, but the second is not much more expensive if you could organize a group-buy with about the same volume. For this here is a group-buy special price, and within the EU you have to pay additional 19% VAT (if you don't have a valid VAT-ID). Normally you can also order a single set later in my shop (www.shop-fordv6.de), Normal Pricing will be probably about 150€ incl. VAT + Shipping. But the shop will have to wait until all buyers here were satisfied. UK is normally not so expensive to deliver to - if you could check the fitment of one set at once (!) at your own car and show pictures....would be very useful and probably more than only an advantage for you. ... if this is possible please contact me directly : info@Liebl-kfz.com Thomas
  6. Good Morning, Yes, correct Measurement is only possible when at least the manifold's first two runners are removed but the #4 pipe is installed. Bill, I'm glad if you could state and do a photo. Thomas
  7. Hi Reed, please contact Dieter, he manages the group buy (with the special price !) Lines will be available soon after the length in the post before has been cleared. Thomas
  8. Hello to all, with best wishes for the new year from Germany As you know I don't have a cpl. engine to test the lines here, only a model of the major parts. You will see some photos following. The first one shows the space between the throttle lever to line #4. I've noticed that this space is mainly affected by the distance between both points (Pump and injector). One Millimeter more/less distance means about 3-4mm less/more space of the #4 line to the lever. So, could some of you take the exact distance between both measuring points as can be seen on the photos ? In the example at the photos this distance was 402mm between the 6mm plastic line of cyl.4 (inside-inside, not midth-midth) This is very important, so please check. Thanks in Advance, Thomas
  9. Hi, don't care - I don't intend to do this lines only once. As I have to do this work incidently to my normal workshop jobs, it wold take a longer period to make e.g. 100 sets. Not convenient for both sides I think. Maximum 50 Sets per Order should be possible - depends on the time when you need the sets. On Top, no littleness for Jerry and Bill (Thanks in Advance !!!) The 17 of A4 Sets which Jerry divided and sent out 2 years ago were enough - now 25 for each of them .... hmm Now I will contact Dieter for all details concerning price and delivery to the U.S., please contact him for further details. Regards, Thomas
  10. Hi, me again... As you can see in the following fotos of some details I did not have the original return spring. I took one which i thought it could be at least the same diameter as the original spring. Could anybody plese state the the diameter of the original spring is not greater than 16mm ? If there are any further details to improve please tell me. Next, I did not have a regulator housing. Do you think there is enough space? (But it should match as the original lines do not need less space in this area). Don't care about the "wooden" block.... :-) The front cover with the pump bracket is exactly at the same position in relation to the head and manifold. Thanks to my friend Xaver (Touring tii) which managed that somebody loaned me the necessary engine parts - including exsiccated mice inside.... If there are no improvements necessary (unless some details which probably only disturb me myselve, e.g. the lining of #3 at the pump's side), I will have to reinforce the mouldings. After this I could start to produce the copies. Production time: I guess I will be able to make 5-10 Sets per Week. If demand is greater than (about) 25 Sets we will have to send this in separate orders, there is an upper limit for exporting to one single customer for me. (by customs here in Europe) Price: Higher as for the A4 Lines - in fact of the very high effort. I will calculate later. For: as a reward for all those who waited for the long time i needed for development - those will get the to the same price as the former A4 Lines. Dieter surely has a list of all former group buy prospectives... Dieter will manage the group buy as he did this with the A4 lines - I hope. (Dieter: Tschuldigung daß es so lange gedauert hat - dafür hab ich jetzt Wörterbücher zerfleddert daß es raucht) So far - it's late now and it was a long and blooming week. Please state me obout the return spring and the space to the regulator housing. Thomas
  11. Hello to all, let me introduce, my Name is Thomas Liebl from Germany, i'm the guy who made the A4 Lines, promised to do the tii Series Lines but thought it could be interesting what happens with a thumb within a steel gasket that is wound up by a drill machine.... OK, excuse my poor english but there are news regarding the tii Lines. I mailed Dieter that i began to work on the moulds for the lines while christmas. But I did not get an answer until now, think he is in holidays. Therefore I want to inform you about the actual state of affairs meanwhile. First: These Lines were the most tricky and difficult I ever tried to design. Some weeks ago I bought #2-4 Spare Lines from BMW - thought I could reduce the labour to the first line which is not available any more. Was no good Idea and thrown out money - they did not even match the shape of the Original lines I got from Dieter least year. So there was no way out - all lines ore none. About 20 different steel moulds later there is the following (almost final) result of the best 4 moulds. (I wanted to make the lines better than the originals 40 years ago...) I've attached Fotos from my Design and the Originals from Dieter to compare. But wait - the rest of the fotos comes with the next post, including questions an further informations from me. Thomas
