they are right side up they just dont have caps on them -

Will a dash from 1974 or 1973 bmw 2002 fit in a 1971 bmw 2002? Or are they the same shape?

un-screw it 2 turns from just where it is now or should i screw it in all the way and un-screw it 2 times?

How do i set up the idle mixture screw so it is in its proper position? And what exactly does it do?
