I'm planning on buying the ground control coilover conversion and was wondering who's done it. How long did to take to cut and weld and difficulty level. I've never welded before but have access to a welder that I can borrow. I know it's been beat to death but I don't have all the time to research and figured I would just ask. I'm in the army and have all this redeployment stuff to do. I want to get as much done to my car before I leave. Thanks in advance.

I hope your ticket isn't as much as mine is. I got pulled over for going 83 mph in a 55 on veterans day. The messed up part is that I'm in the Army haha. Even with the fine, I still keep buying parts. With that said, I'm interested in the euro signals if the sale doesn't go thru. Haha.

Just curious. My fellow E46 M buddy read in a Bimmer mag that the suspension off a 240sx to put on an 02. I was shocked when he said it was a drop in fitment. Supposedly the 240 suspension design was based on the 02. I thought that was weird. I don't know if my buddy knows all he read but it's worth a shot asking if it works. Thanks!

My friend, you need to go down to Double02 Salvage in Hayward.  They aren't the mecca for really unique parts, but they have an entire warehouse full of NOS, hard to find stock, and nice stock pieces.  

I usually ask to go into the back to pick the best cosmetic pieces they have which is a trip because they have a massive inventory.
