Ugggg now you guys feel my pain. I spend a lot of time in these areas since I work in the foreclosure business. Imagine trying to explain to people like this that their landlord did not pay the mortgage and the house was foreclosed even though they paid the rent

Actually, I work for the Sheriffs Department in L.A. and I hand out the eviction notices to said people. So I don't have to imagine too hard...dirty job but someone has to do it.

Hey Ray, the parking situation is pretty good for downtown, its north of all the madness so there's on site parking and parking all up and down Elmyra street. On the weekends all the industrial businesses are closed on that street and there's plenty of parking

i work out of the court house down the street and I saw this apartment building last year. i was going to do some door knocking too but I psyched my self out of it. let me know what you find out.
